No. It is not necessary to remove the older version before installing the newer version of Hallmark Card Studio. Though it is not required, we do recommend that the older version is uninstalled. We have occasionally seen conflicts between various versions. Uninstalling all older versions of Hallmark Card Studio and their Event Planners should keep these conflicts from occurring.
