This is due to a conflict with a prior version of the Hallmark Card Studio software. We have found that the following corrects the issue for most people:
- Uninstall all versions of the Hallmark Card Studio software.
- Uninstall all listings for the Event Planner software.
- Reinstall the Hallmark Card Studio you are having the problem with.
- Reinstall the prior version of Hallmark Card Studio, if it is still needed.
