This due to a conflict with a prior version of Hallmark Card Studio software. We have found that the following corrects the issue for most people:

  1. Uninstall all versions of the Hallmark Card Studio software.
  2. Uninstall all listings for the Event Planner software.
  3. Reinstall the Hallmark Card Studio 2006
  4. Reinstall the prior version of Card Studio, if it is still needed.
