There has been an issue identified with the most recent update to Hallmark Card Studio 2011. When you use the Print Envelope button at the bottom of the card project's Print screen, it will take you to a screen to select one or more envelopes to print. If you choose the "print one envelope" button, selecting one of the names on the "Print as Self-Mailer" window may show a name and address for a different person than selected.

You can work around this issue by selecting the "print many envelopes" button instead of the "print one envelope" button. Even if you choose the "many" button, you can specify a single address to print. When you print an envelope this way, it will print the correct name and mailing address.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. This issue has been reported to our developers. They are currently working on a fix for this. We do not have an ETA at this time on when an update will be released to correct this issue.
