A few customers have reported problems when printing the second page of their card project on an HP printer. For these customers, the second page is always upside down, no matter which option is selected in the double-sided print configuration wizard. This issue only appears in Hallmark Card Studio 2011. Our developers are currently investigating this issue.

In the meantime, one of our customers was able to locate a fix on their system. They found that there was a "Flip Up" option in the Features section of their printer's preferences. If you are experiencing this problem on an HP printer, we recommend that you look for this option and enable/disable it to see if it corrects your issue.
