This appears to be a false positive result from AVG Antivirus. We have used this file in Hallmark Card Studio for years. AVG Antivirus is the only virus scanning software that reports a problem with this file. You will need the file for the photo editor to work.
If you need a copy of the Ltclru.dll to replace the one removed by AVG, please reinstall the program.
To keep this from happening again please be sure to either disable Heuristics in your scan settings, or only scan the system using a custom scan that skips the Hallmark Card Studio installation directory.
AVG Antivirus found the file "Ltclru.dll" that Hallmark Card Studio installed was a corrupted executable file and deleted it. Is this a problem? (KB040205)
