Why can I not copy graphics from Hallmark to another program? All I get is a black box. (KB040174)

Due to licensing agreements with Hallmark, we are restricted in what can be done with the Hallmark artwork. Hallmark has specifically requested that their artwork is only usable in the Hallmark software. The images are designed to not be used in other applications.
