Some files and folders are hidden from the normal view. To show these files:

  1. Double-click your My Computer on either your Desktop or Start menu.
  2. Click the Tools menu at the top of the window.
  3. Select the Folder Options.
  4. On the Folder Options window, select the View tab.
  5. In the Advanced settings box, please make sure that the "Show hidden files/folders" is selected.
  6. Once that is selected, click the OK button. This will close the Folder Options window.
