Here is how to import Hallmark Card Studio 2005 Event Planner information into Hallmark Card Studio 2007:

  1. Double-click on your My Computer icon, or go to the Start menu and select My Computer from there.
  2. Double-click on the C:\ drive
  3. Double-click on the Documents and Settings folder.
  4. Double-click on the All Users folder.
  5. Double-click on the Application Data folder.

    Note: If the Application Data folder does not display, go to the Tools menu and select the Folder Options. Click on the View tab. Select the "Show hidden files and folders" option and then click OK. You should now see the Application Data folder.

  6. Double-click the Sierra folder.
  7. Double-click the Planner folder.
  8. Select both of the PLANR32 files.
  9. Go to the Edit menu.
  10. Select the Copy option.
  11. Close this window.
  12. Double-click on your My Computer icon, or go to the Start menu and select My Computer from there.
  13. Double-click on the C:\ drive
  14. Double-click on the Documents and Settings folder.
  15. Double-click on the All Users folder.
  16. Double-click on the Application Data folder.
  17. Double-click on the Hallmark folder
  18. Double-click on the Hallmark Card Studio 2007 folder.
  19. Double-click on the Planner folder.
  20. Go to the Edit menu and select the Paste option.

When you receive a prompt to overwrite the existing files, click on the Yes or OK button. Once those files have been copied into that folder, your information should now be in the Hallmark Card Studio 2007's Event Planner.
