This is due to a conflict with a prior version of the Hallmark Card Studio software. We have found that the following corrects the issue for most people:

  1. Uninstall all versions of the Hallmark Card Studio software.
  2. Uninstall all listings for the Event Planner software.
  3. Reinstall the Hallmark Card Studio you are having the problem with.
  4. Reinstall the prior version of Hallmark Card Studio, if it is still needed.
