We have heard of this issue from some people. This issue is related to the fonts not installing properly during the initial installation of the program. 


You will need to reinstall the fonts for the program in order for the preview to match the card or project template. 


Please contact Technical Support  to get the font files.  


You will be provided the .zip file with the fonts and guided through a step-by-step process on how to install the fonts to your system.
