Typically, this occurs when there is something wrong within the CSV file. It is difficult to describe all the scenarios where something may be wrong with the file. Our recommendation is to contact Technical Support and provide us a copy of your CSV file. Then, we will go through the file to attempt to locate and correct anything causing this problem.
When importing my Address Book from a CSV file it says "Successful" but nothing shows up in my Address Book. (KB040185)
