There is only one version of the file for the download version of Hallmark Card Studio 2012. The same file is used for both the full version of Hallmark Card Studio 2012 and the trial version. If you purchased the full version, you will use this same file. The only difference is that with the full version, you will receive a serial number for the program. When you enter that serial number, it switches the program from the trial mode to the full version mode.
