We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
This issue was found after the program was released. Our developers have released a patch that should correct this issue. Here is how to get the patch:
- Make sure you are connected to the internet.
- Launch Hallmark Card Studio 2008.
- Click on the Help menu, not to be confused with the Help button.
- Select the "Check for Updates" option.
- When prompted, select the Proceed button.
At this point, the program will check for updates. Simply follow the remaining directions to download and install the update. Once installed, you should no longer have this issue.
